1、首先對沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)房的位置作出規(guī)范，一般來說放在第1層或者是地下一層，同時(shí)要達(dá)到耐火的極限，不能夠低于兩個(gè)小時(shí)的隔墻。而且樓板與其他部位要隔開，要做好防泄漏的措施。

　　1、通風(fēng)要求

　　沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)房的通風(fēng)問題是機(jī)房設(shè)計(jì)中要特別注意解決的問題，特別是發(fā)電機(jī)組機(jī)房位于地下室時(shí)更要處理好，否則會直接影響發(fā)電機(jī)組的運(yùn)行。機(jī)組的排風(fēng)一般應(yīng)設(shè)熱風(fēng)管道，不宜讓柴油機(jī)散熱器把熱量散在機(jī)房內(nèi)，再由排風(fēng)機(jī)抽出。機(jī)房內(nèi)要有足夠的新風(fēng)補(bǔ)充。柴油機(jī)在運(yùn)行時(shí)，機(jī)房的換氣量應(yīng)等于或大于柴油機(jī)燃燒所需新風(fēng)量與維持機(jī)房室溫所需新風(fēng)量之和。進(jìn)風(fēng)口與出風(fēng)口宜分別布置在機(jī)組的兩端，以免形成氣流短路，影響散熱效果。

　　3、排煙系統(tǒng)

　　設(shè)置排煙系統(tǒng)的作用是將氣缸里的廢氣排放到室外。排煙系統(tǒng)應(yīng)盡量減少背壓，因?yàn)椋瑥U氣阻力的增加將會導(dǎo)致柴油機(jī)出力的下降及溫升的增加。排煙管敷設(shè)方式常用的是水平架空敷設(shè)和地溝內(nèi)敷設(shè)。在地下室常用的是水平架空敷設(shè)。

　　3. Exhaust SystemThe purpose of setting up an exhaust system is to discharge the exhaust gas from the cylinder to the outside. The exhaust system should minimize back pressure, as an increase in exhaust gas resistance will lead to a decrease in diesel engine output and an increase in temperature rise. Common methods of laying exhaust pipes include horizontal overhead laying and laying in trenches. Horizontal overhead laying is commonly used in basements.

　　基礎(chǔ)主要用于支撐發(fā)電機(jī)組及底座的全部重量，底座位于基礎(chǔ)上，機(jī)組安裝在底座上，底座上一般都采取減震措施。在高層建筑中一般采用高速發(fā)電機(jī)組，當(dāng)機(jī)組安裝在樓板上時(shí)，不采用重混凝土基礎(chǔ)，以免基礎(chǔ)過重而增加樓板荷重。當(dāng)機(jī)組位于建筑物底層時(shí)，應(yīng)按機(jī)組要求設(shè)置混凝土基礎(chǔ)。

　　4. Basic RequirementsThe foundation is primarily used to support the entire weight of the generator set and its base. The base sits on the foundation, and the unit is installed on top of it. Shock absorption measures are typically taken on the base. In high-rise buildings, high-speed generator sets are commonly used. When the unit is installed on the floor, a heavy concrete foundation is not recommended to avoid increasing the load on the floor due to an overly heavy foundation. When the unit is located on the ground floor of the building, a concrete foundation should be set up according to the requirements of the unit.

　　5、機(jī)房接地

　　發(fā)電機(jī)房一般使用三種接地。工作接地，發(fā)電機(jī)組中性點(diǎn)接地。保護(hù)接地，電氣設(shè)備正常不帶電的金屬外殼接地。防靜電接地，燃油系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備及管道接地。各種接地可與高層建筑的其他接地共用接地裝置，即采用聯(lián)合接地方式。

　　5. Machine room grounding: Three types of grounding are generally used in generator rooms. Working grounding, which refers to the grounding of the neutral point of the generator set. Protective grounding, which refers to the grounding of metal enclosures of electrical equipment that are normally not charged. Anti-static grounding, which refers to the grounding of equipment and pipelines in the fuel system. Various groundings can share grounding devices with other groundings in high-rise buildings, i.e., adopting a joint grounding method.

　　6、首層較佳

　　一般發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)房都會設(shè)置在地下室，但如果有條件的話機(jī)房盡量設(shè)在首層。柴油發(fā)電機(jī)房的選址考慮到發(fā)電機(jī)組的進(jìn)風(fēng)、排風(fēng)、排煙等情況，首層是理想選擇，但困難點(diǎn)在于首層通常用于對外營業(yè)，且造價(jià)昂貴。

　　6. Preferably on the ground floorGenerally, the engine room of a generator set is located in the basement, but if conditions permit, it should be situated on the ground floor as much as possible. When selecting the location for a diesel generator room, factors such as air intake, exhaust, and smoke evacuation of the generator set should be considered. The ground floor is an ideal choice, but the difficulty lies in the fact that it is usually used for external business operations and is expensive to construct.
