　　As a well-established state-owned enterprise with a century of experience in the field of gas power generation, Jichai has developed biogas generator sets that are specifically adapted to low concentration gas scenarios in coal mines. The model selected for Yixing Coal Mine this time has a rated power of 1 MW per unit, and the actual power remains stable at 950-1000 kW when operating at full load. The thermal efficiency of the unit reaches 40%, far exceeding the average level of similar models in the industry. Coupled with precise air-fuel ratio closed-loop control technology, the fuel consumption per kilowatt hour is controlled below 0.3 grams, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs. Calculated based on a single unit operating at full load for 22 hours per day, the daily average power generation of a single unit can reach 21000 kilowatt hours, and the annual power generation of 14 units can reach 1.0566 million kilowatt hours, which can meet the annual electricity demand of about 880 households and has considerable economic benefits.
